Sterling silver anatomical 3-D heart charm pendant on 18″ sterling box chain. This heart, made in Thailand, was exceptionally well modeled with realistic details including the 4 chambers of the heart, veins and arteries. Each way you look at it is very lifelike. The charm is 18mm x 8mm. Most heart charms have only 2 sides, but this one is in the round and quite exquisite. It would be a beautiful gift for a new heart transplant recipient, or just as a precious symbol of love.
