Special Transplant Gift for Donor or Recipient-Larimar Gemstone and Sterling Kidney Pendant #30 (X-Large)

This one-of-a-kind rare Larimar gemstone pendant would make a great kidney transplant gift for either a living donor or recipient. Larimar is only found on a few square miles in the Dominican Republic and is called The Caribbean Gem. Each stone pendant is hand cut and no two exactly the same pattern or coloration. This pendant is one of the largest ones I have available currently. It hangs down 43mm from the top of the bail loop to the bottom of the pendant, so is large and beautiful. It has light variations in color/pattern and is intriguing to look at. Photos were taken in filtered natural light on a bright but cloudy day.. Different lighting can make natural stones look lighter or darker. Actual pendant size is 43mm long x 20mm wide x 10mm deep. The backside shows a few patches of iron in the gemstone, giving it some interest. I have another listing of red Larimar with is mostly iron content with patches of the blue Larimar, very unusual but more rustic then this one.

This pendant comes on an 18″ sterling snake chain. I shoot photos in natural light, but colors are not always the same on all computer screens, although I try my best to get a good color match. They are ALL truly unique and beautiful.

Larimar is in the crystal family of stones and is known for its color that resembles calm turquoise waters with streaks of sunlight. Gemstone legend says of Larimar’s many healing properties, that it is thought to be a stone of serenity, relaxation and is used to overcome fears of doctors, hospitals or surgery…perfect for transplant recipients or donors!
