This is one of my most popular kidney transplant gifts for either recipient or donor. These sterling silver kidneys have 2 hand cut Mother of Pearl stones that reflect light beautifully, with lots of shimmer. The current batch is a silvery light grey color without much pure white. Color variation shown in main photo.

This pendant comes on either a 16″ or 18″ sterling chain, both $75. Another version is also listed nearby with a glass pearl chain that has 4mm glass pearls, plated silver links and a sterling spring ring clasp. That item # is KP-101.

The same design also comes in iridescent South Sea Paua Shell as well as in Mother of Pearl. Both are listed in Natural Pendants.

Pendants are 1.25″ long including bail and 1/2″ wide.

The backside is flat for future engraving. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT offer engraving services. That needs to be done by your local jeweler. Some do hand engraving, but most do it by machine now. I recommend calling around for prices. They may need to see the piece first, Ask them what fonts they would recommend for your message and allotted space. 

For international orders going ouside of the US, please note that your country may hold an item in customs for a customs tax. This does not happen to every order that ships, so I don’t know whether your order will be taxed or not. These taxes are not in my control. They are levied by your customs department. You may want to check with them to see if you can find out ahead of time what the tax might be. From what I hear, they vary quite a bit so I don’t have any idea of how it is determined.
