Whimsical Kidney Transplant Gift-Queen of Parts Pin/Brooch (#QP-3)

Looking for something fun to give as a kidney transplant gift? A  kidney recipient or living donor gift idea for someone with a playful flair for fun? This is one of the pieces in my “Queen of Parts” also known as the “Kidney Queen” Series. I began making these from a collection of vintage costume jewelry crown pin/brooches about 16 years ago. I’ve just recently uncovered my box of crowns to which I’ve added kidney bead drops, making them whimsical gifts for yourself or a gift of glitz and glamour for the kidney Connoisseur.

This one is  gold colored plated metal crown covered with 39 faux pearls.and two sizes of kidney beads. The middle kidney is high polished cast metal. The others are glass kidney shaped pearls. Brooch size is 1/75″ tall x 1-1/8″ wide and 3/8″ deep, making it among the smallest in the series. Weight is .5oz.
