Whimsical Kidney Transplant Gift-Sterling Silver Small Queen of Parts Pendant (#QP-5)

Looking for something fun, yet elegant, to give as a kidney transplant gift? Here is a gift for kidney recipients or living donors. This is a small pendant, dainty really. This is one of the pieces in my “Queen of Parts” aka “Kidney Queen” Series. I began making these from a collection of vintage costume jewelry crown pin/brooches about 16 years ago. I found these sterling crowns at a gem show and thought I’d try them out as I branch into this series again. (I’ve just recently uncovered my box of vintage estate crown brooches to which I’ve added kidney bead drops) They make appropriate gifts for new transplant recipients, those who have had more than one kidney transplant or more than one organ transplanted. The kidney drop is my teeny tiny sterling kidney. They will come with an 18″ sterling chain UNLESS you request a shorter 16″ chain by website message or in the message section of your payment.

This little sterling crown is a mere 1/2″ tall x 3/8″ wide. It has nice detailing. The tiny kidney hangs 1/2″ from the bottom rung of the crown
