Sterling Kidney Transplant (Donor) Cluster Charm Pendant (KP-60B) Sold Out in THIS Style but can be customized with different charms.

This is a variation for the kidney donor gift pendant KP-60, with added silver donor charms. The “kidney within a kidney” pendant is the center of the charm pendant which includes a small sterling transplant ribbon and a tiny sterling kidney charm. A green Swarovski crystal drop symbolizes the color of transplantation. Enlarged here for detail, the central pendant hangs 1.5″ or 40mm from the chain. Pendant comes on 18″ sterling chain in a kidney colored tulle bag with gift box. 

If interested in this pendant, I can customize it for you but the tiny silver ribbon to the right of the main pendant has been discontinued by the vendor and I can’t find it anywhere else. I have other charms that can be substituted included larger silver ribbons and a non silver one with green enamel, a small charm that vertically says “HERO” and an oval double sided charm that says “gratitude” and probably a few more substitutions in my charm bags and drawers. Green is the internationally recognized color of transplantation. I can add the Swarovski crystal at the bottom, a small pearl, a small red glass hawker or
