Kidney Transplant Gift- Sterling Kidney Pendant with Kidney Shaped Opening and Pearl Drop- Perfect Donor Gift

This variation of my “Kidney within a Kidney” pendant makes a perfect living donor gift since a small kidney has been “removed” from the pendant. A freshwater pearl drop is added to the bottom of this variation in design. The pendant hangs 40mm, or 1.5,” from the 18″ chain. The front side has a gently rolling, organic, curved surface. The backside, stamped 925 on the bail, has a convex highly polished slightly domed, smooth surface.

Shipping by US standard mail is $6.50, but can be very slow.
Shipping by US priority insured mail is $8.65  is generally delivered between 1-3 days. It is highly recommended for all time sensitive orders.
