These kidney pins are top quality, USA made of carefully sourced materials and produced using environmentally safe techniques. This kidney is 26mm x 20mm. ( a bit over 1″ long). I also have enameled LIVERS in another listing. Special orders are available for your organization or group when ordered in groups of 25 or more. Besides the kidney and livers that I already carry in both pewter and enamel, the colorful ones come also in hearts, intestines and lungs. The price on these individually is higher than most lapel pins you will see, but few are are nice as these!

Prices drop considerably when purchased in lots of 25 or more. If you can use 100 of the same pin, the price drops in half.
