Looking for something fun to give as a kidney transplant gift? This is a one of a kind (OOAK) kidney recipient or living donor? This is one of the pieces in my Queen of Parts Series. I began making these from a collection of vintage costume jewelry crown pin/brooches about 16 years ago. I’ve added kidneys to them, making them whimsical gifts for a fun transplant gift idea.

This one is matte, gold colored plated metal, very rich  and regal looking, yet playful too. It has two sizes of plated kidney beads. The middle kidney is high polished cast metal. The others gold plated pewter.

This pin has a loop on back so it can be worn as a pendant on a chain, or as a pin. Size is 2.5″ tall x 1-3/8″ wide x 1/4″ deep. It weighs .6oz
