Have a lot of keys? This is the super sized kidney key ring in my collection, all sterling silver, oval shaped, flat ring rather than rounded. Size of the ring is about 35mm x 27mm, which is about 1-3/8″ x 5-1/16.” The kidney shown on the main ring has a brushed finish. I also have the key ring with a polished, shiny finish, slightly narrower kidney. Length of both kidneys is 20mm long.
