Kidney Transplant Gift Set-Golden Kidney Donor/Recipient with Key Ring and Pendant Combination

This Donor and Recipient Gift Set includes an all sterling silver key ring (small ring) ON ONE OR BOTH of the kidneys. (A larger keyring is available for an additional $18.50. Please inquire.) Chains can be 16″, 18″ or 20″. If it says out of stock, check with me first since I split inventory between this set and the double pendant set.

Message me to let me know 2 things: Which kidney has a chain and at what length, and which kidney(s) should have key ring(s). Donor kidney has the kidney “removed” (left one in main photo). Recipient kidney has the kidney “added.”

 If you prefer both kidneys on key rings instead of one, the price is the same, just contact me and I will be happy to create that gift for you. Pendant/Key Ring combination can be boxed together or separately, whatever you prefer. If I don’t hear otherwise, I will send them on one card together, as shown. The theme of this set is Butterflies and the transformation that occurs during their life cycle. A kidney transplant is a transformation as well and seemed to be a perfect symbol.

I always aim to ship in the next outgoing mail, although during holiday season, there may be a one day delay.  I highly recommend Priority shipping, especially at holiday time.

For international orders going outside of the US, please note that your country may hold an item in customs for a customs tax. This does not happen to every order that ships, so I don’t know whether your order will be taxed or not. These taxes are not in my control. They are levied by your customs department. You may want to check with them to see if you can find out ahead of time what the tax might be. From what I hear, they vary quite a bit so I don’t have any idea of how it is determined.
